SIA Approved Contractor · Dundee & Scotland-wide
Security you can rely on, wherever in Scotland you need it.
From a single officer to a fully managed team, PPS Security protects people, property and assets for businesses, public sector clients and event organisers.
Emergency response available. Cover runs 24 hours a day, every day.
What we do
Seven services, planned around your site.
We start by understanding your premises, your hours and your risks, then build the cover around them. Every officer on a PPS assignment is SIA licensed where the role requires it.
Security Guards
A visible, reassuring presence that deters crime and protects property: access control, asset protection, site security and visitor management.
Manned Guarding
A dedicated on-site officer who monitors activity, controls access and responds to risks, for long-term cover, temporary cover or 24-hour protection.
Mobile Patrols
Scheduled or random site checks that inspect vulnerable access points and respond to concerns. Flexible, cost-effective cover without a permanent officer.
Key Holding
Keep your keys with trained professionals, so your premises can be opened quickly and securely, and your staff are not called out at night.
Alarm Response
Officers attend promptly when an alarm activates, investigate the cause, secure the site and liaise with the emergency services where needed.
Event Security
Professional teams for corporate events, concerts, sport and community gatherings, so attendees feel safe and organisers can focus on the day.
Door Supervision
Licensed door supervisors who provide a professional, welcoming presence while keeping venues safe and orderly.

Can I hire a single security officer?
Yes. We provide anything from one officer to a fully managed security team, planned around your site and your hours.
Are your officers SIA licensed?
Our security guards, patrol officers and door supervisors are SIA licensed, and PPS Security is a member of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Scotland from our office in Dundee. Tell us where your site is and we will confirm cover.
Do you cover nights and weekends?
Yes. Our services run 24 hours a day, including overnight, weekends and emergency call-outs.
Manned guarding or mobile patrols?
Manned guarding puts an officer on site continuously. Mobile patrols visit at agreed or random times, which suits sites that do not need someone there all day.
